How do I return an item?

We value your business and stand behind everything that we sell. We will do everything possible to assure you are satisfied. When you receive your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us through the email or by phone and we will do our best to make you happy.

If you still wish to return your purchase, simply ship the item(s) back to us and we will refund your original purchase price less (a) the original shipping charge, and (b) a handling fee of $8 or 15% (whichever is greater). We must be notified of the intent to return your item within 10 days of receiving the item, and the original item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please be aware that all items purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable.

All returns require return authorization. Email us for an RA Number before returning an item. Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes brokerage, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally.
