Nzuri Elixir - Liquid Hair Skin and Nail Vitamin Plus Growth Stimulants with Vitamin D - 32 Oz

I ordered this product one day last week and it was delivered the very next day. Their timing was on point. This was a big size bottle. I was excited & ready to start taking it. The taste was kinda strong, non-fragrant friendly & a little undesirable, so for me to tolerate it, I just take it straight back to the throat & quickly swallow it just to get it over with & then immediately drink some juice, water or ensure right behind it to get rid of the after taste. My observations of my skin were noticed within 5 days. My (notice I said, 'MY')... Skin had a radiant glow & a skin tightening effect from applying it every night to my face as a mask & sleeping w/it on my face overnight & I noticed it very quickly. As it relates to my hair growth, I felt faithful to this vitamin & thought there would be some true benefits by then. BUT, my hair was not looking for growth per RESULTS, PLEASE remember to... Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. If you don't measure your intake water, Rather to Biotin, HairFinity Vitamins, Vit C whatever. Drinking water will keep your face clear from breakage. Overall, I thank Nzuri Elixir it is a good product. The taste isn't all that great, but hey, if Good medicine always taste bad, then truth be told, so does ANY type of Vitamin. That's why most vitamins are in pill form to alleviate the actual taste. I chose the liquid form b/c it goes straight to the bloodstream & renders faster results. I am also returning to try apples & carrots to add to my liquid vitamin regimen. May to work, hopefully then, I'll see some hair results! 2025 Update: I originally wrote this review in May of 2014. This hair vitamin product at the time mentioned what it would do for hair ONLY. Since I wrote my review & the company changed the product adding My Hairfinity instructions to use it, so they decided to also add Vitamin D in it. Now I usually should have gotten some credit for 'my testimony' since my stole my words about using it as an overnight face mask & put it right on the front of the box now! They could've at least give me credit for that! They could've added these lines to the box: 'use a cotton ball'. I never used a cotton ball, I poured it in my hands & applied it to my skin. I let it stay on overnight & wash it off in the morning a few times out of the week for optimal use (& not that it does nothing for my hair but it did wonders for my skin).

Well I have been using this product for almost three weeks and I have not noticed any growth in my hair or if the product is helping with my skin, but I will have to go based on the progress of my hair and skin. What I have noticed is that this product helps me with frequent bowel movements, because having frequent bowel movements has always been a challenge for me. Now I feel as though my body is cleaning with this product more than I have ever had. My skin is the same, no difference, but at the same time I don't see myself keeping this product for very long. I take this product 1 to 2 times a day. February 3, 2014: I decided to do a length check for the growth of my hair, my hair was at bra strap length. Within three weeks some of my hair is still bra strap length and other parts of my hair are mid-back length, I am amazed that any pieces of my hair would make it to mid-back in only three weeks. The taste is great, and I'm glad that you actually FEEL it working within your hair. This is what I experienced from only one bottle, I'll be sure to follow up in a month. I'm so excited to see the results from another 30 days!

I recently purchased this product based on many of the reviews, I've been using it for a week, it is still too soon to see if it has made a difference to my hair. The taste is okay, it does not taste horrible like some people are saying, it is sweet. All of the ingredients are in the vitamins, so if you break out from the drink then you can break out from vitamin pills too. My nails would always chip and break easily but they haven't shown a bit of difference yet, but at the same time I don't have any problems with this product. UPDATE 1: It's been a month since I have been taking this, I did notice my eyelashes have gotten longer, and my hair reaches my eyebrows. I am constantly cutting my nails now, they grow so quickly. As for my hair, I'm not really sure if it's true length since my hair is long and wavy so it's much easier to notice. I still have a bit left in my bottle and am using it every day according to the directions. I'm on my second bottle now, I will continue taking this as long as they make it, my hair is growing much faster than before but not as much as they claim, my nails chip and grow quickly, and my eyelashes are longer. Everyone will have different results with this product, do not expect the same results as others claim. UPDATE 2: Finally finished the bottle, and I plan on purchasing another one, I really love this product. My hair has grown quicker but not as much as they claim, but it is still better than before. My nails grow crazy and I like that this is a liquid multivitamin, I will continue using this product. MAKE SURE YOU EAT SOMETHING BEFORE YOU CONSUME THE PRODUCT!!! I tried it on an empty stomach and right afterwards I wanted to vomit.

I purchased this product after a co-worker of mines recommended it. I must admit I made the purchase with reservations that this would work as advertised, it exceeded it. I have been using this liquid vitamin for 3 weeks now. The first 2 weeks, I would ingest it with orange juice or smoothie I make in the mornings. I love it! I also have tried the liquid in a bit of water and I noticed a little burn in my esophagus after I took it. I used water, added it to my hair care regimen. I used a cotton ball drenched in the elixir and rubbed it into my hair. I believe this being added to my morning regimen and my hair care regimen has given me even a shine that I didn't have before. My skin is a little firmer, my hair is retaining moisture and no longer has a dull, dry look. I love the product but I am not being paid to promote this product. This is my review after using this product for 3 weeks. I want to wait to post my review, so I could give an honest response. I bought a 2 cap fuls (approximately) a day. I take 2 tap fulls of the wk. I love this product, it lasts a long time for the price. I am re-ordering while I'm on my 3rd bottle in a month. I recently tried some vitamins in pill form and they broke me out (the main cause being the amount of Biotin in the pill) so I ceased using them and started looking for something else that was good for the hair that doesn't cause a reaction in me and after reading tons of reviews this product is the only one with solid reviews and mentions of side effects except one and personally for me the amount of biotin in it in which I take once a day is fine. So I purchased the product on Tuesday and just received it yesterday which was Wednesday, so shipping is fantastic. Now onto the product itself! Smell: The smell is very sweet sort of like a fruit juice. It's comparable to the likes of prune or grape juice. Taste: Everyone is different for me the taste is not bad at all and I don't feel the need to mix it with anything. I would compare the taste to grape juice, red Welch's grape juice but more of a Juicy Juice type taste. It tastes that way going down and then you sort of get the aftertaste that is more medicinal like you are actually tasting the vitamins but it's nothing to be gagging over, at least not for me. Users: There are four ways you can take this vitamin: 1. Orally (2 capfuls/1oz directly or mixed with water or juice) 2. Hair spray (Leave in spray) 3. Skin formula (Apply Nzuri in the a.m. and just before bed to entire face with a cotton ball) 4. Nail formula (soak your nails directly in the elixir). I initially purchased one bottle to try for 30 days and observe any complications, if all is well I will purchase the remaining 2 bottles to complete my 90 day review. Stars as of 11/12/12: 5 STARS. 10/18/12 'SKIN' UPDATE: My regimen has been washing my face morning and night, apply the Nzuri and follow up with a moisturizer. I do most definitely still notice a clearing up from the breakout I had a month ago along with the 2 small blemishes it caused, they are almost completely unnoticeable. 11/12/12 'HAIR' UPDATE: This product is great, I didn't notice anything the first two weeks but toward the third week I have noticed my hair has quite a bit of new growth and my nails are actually growing longer and looking really nice. I purchased my other two bottles a few weeks ago to make sure I had enough to continue with the 90 days.
